Our Stance Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
ViviHealth has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content and activity on our platforms, products, and services. We are absolutely committed to protecting children and ensuring a safe online environment for all our users. The creation, distribution, access, or promotion of CSAE material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and severe consequences.
What is CSAE?
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any act or material that sexually exploits or abuses a child. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child pornography or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content depicting the sexual abuse of children.
- The grooming of children for sexual purposes.
- Any activities that facilitate or promote child sexual abuse.
Reporting CSAE
If you encounter or suspect any CSAE content or activity on any ViviHealth product, service, or platform, or if you believe a child is at risk, we urge you to report it immediately. Your vigilance is crucial in protecting children.
Important: If you suspect a child is in immediate danger in any way, contact the police immediately by calling 911 (in the United States) or your local emergency services.

When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible, including:
- The specific content, user, or activity in question.
- Screenshots or links (if safe and appropriate to capture).
- Any relevant dates or times.
Additionally, if you find a link, website, or any content that is sexually abusive towards children, you should report it to one of the specialized organizations below:

Our Actions Against CSAE
Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAE, or upon detecting such content through our own efforts, ViviHealth will take swift and decisive action, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Immediate Content Removal: Any identified CSAE content will be immediately removed from our platforms.
- Account Termination: The account(s) of any user involved in creating, distributing, accessing, or promoting CSAE will be immediately and permanently terminated.
- Reporting to Authorities: We are legally obligated and fully committed to reporting all suspected CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and other relevant national and international authorities.
- Cooperation with Law Enforcement: ViviHealth will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations into CSAE, providing any necessary information as required by law.
Our Proactive Measures
ViviHealth utilizes a combination of advanced technologies and human moderation to proactively detect and prevent CSAE on our platforms. This includes:
- Automated Scanning: Employing automated tools to scan uploaded content for known CSAE material and patterns indicative of CSAE.
- Content Moderation Teams: Our trained moderation teams review reported content and proactively identify potential CSAE.
- Age Verification: We implement measures, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, to verify the age of users and restrict access for minors where appropriate, requiring verifiable parental consent for children’s accounts.
Compliance with Laws
ViviHealth is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA) and the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA), and other relevant international and local laws.
Continuous Improvement
We are continuously working to improve our systems and processes to combat CSAE effectively and protect children. We regularly review our policies and technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats and best practices in online child safety.
